1. Package Rates & Seat Availability

All Umrah package rates published on this website are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) per person on Sharing (5–6 bed), Quad (4 bed), or Double (2 bed) basis. Group airline seats and Makkah/Madinah hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of deposit confirmation.

2. Required Travel Documents

Each pilgrim must provide a machine-readable Pakistani passport valid for at least 6 months from the departure date, a valid CNIC or NADRA B-Form (for children), and white-background photographs. See our Umrah Documents Checklist for complete details.

3. Payments & Official Receipts

Bookings are locked upon payment of the agreed initial deposit at our Bahadurabad, Karachi office or via our official corporate bank account, accompanied by a stamped Safa Marwah Tours & Travels (Pvt) Ltd receipt. Full balance payment must be cleared prior to ticket and hotel voucher issuance.

4. Saudi Visa, Hotel Check-In & Airline Rules

• Visa approval and issuance timelines are governed by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah.
• Standard Saudi hotel check-in time is after 4:00 PM KSA time and check-out is by 12:00 PM noon.
• Walking distances stated for Makkah and Madinah hotels are approximate walking distances to the outer Haram courtyard; equivalent hotels of the same category/distance may be substituted if a specific property is overbooked by Saudi operators.
• Baggage and 5 Litre Zamzam carriage are governed by the operating airline's conditions of carriage.
