Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Visa & Ticket Issuance

If you cancel your booking before your Saudi Umrah e-Visa is submitted and before your airline ticket / hotel voucher is issued, your initial deposit is refunded after deducting only actual administrative or bank charges (if any).

2. Cancellation After Visa Stamping & Group Ticket Issuance

• Saudi Umrah e-Visa & Insurance: Once approved by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, official Saudi visa and health insurance fees are non-refundable under Saudi government rules.
• Pre-Purchased Group Airline Block Seats: Group Umrah tickets (such as our 20-Night Winter and 10-Night Ramadan group blocks) carry strict airline deadlines. If cancelled more than 14 days prior to departure and we are able to transfer your seat to another pilgrim on the waiting list, we recover the ticket amount minus airline name-change/re-issuance charges. Within 14 days of departure, group block seats are generally non-refundable per airline policy.
• Makkah & Madinah Hotel Vouchers: Peak season hotels (especially December Peak and Ramadan 1st, 2nd & 3rd Ashra) are pre-paid in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Refunds or date adjustments depend on the hotel operator's replacement policy.

3. Date Changes & Medical Emergencies

In case of a documented medical emergency or hospitalization of a pilgrim prior to travel, our Bahadurabad desk submits your medical certificate directly to the airline and Saudi ground operator to request a waiver or date re-booking with minimum penalty.

4. How Refunds Are Processed
